I have been using Turbo Tax Home & Business edition for a few years to e-file both Fed and State returns without issue.
Using Turbo Tax 2022, I am receiving this error preventing me from e-filing State return. Error is
"The return is ineligible for electronic filing. This return includes an LLC which is not a disregarded entity. The return must be printed and mailed."
Noted Turbo tax cannot e-file California return, if we had more than 1 LLC. However, we have the same one single member LLC only in the tax return for the past few years. Turbo Tax didn't have problem e-filing to California.
I spent 3+ hours with 4 different Turbo Tax support without success. Final answers included: use the free online turbo tax version, my rental property appreciation on form 3885A is much larger than 2021 return (1 month depreciation in 2021 vs 1 year in 2022...), call state tax authority for law changes...
