Turbotax Deluxe Desktop Software Bug - Form 5329 Explanation does not save or print

When completing Form 5329 in Turbotax Deluxe Desktop (WinPerRelease 025.000.0245), the "explanation" at Waiver of Tax Smart Worksheet - A under line 53 a/b does not save. I type in explanation and it disappears in form view. When doing final review the lack of explanation is flagged as an error with an input field available. Explanation in that field does not save - when completing then running a review again the same error is flagged for a blank explanation field.
