Turbotax can't to Ally Bank. Repeated entry of the correct userid and password fail and I'm asked over and over to try again. How to fix this?

Turbotax is trying to get last year's investment info from Ally. The connection fails every time.

Have you checked with Ally? Maybe their system is down.

I can log in directly to my Ally account with no problem but TurboTax can't do it. It may be a very low data rate issue but I need to solve it!
