Turbotax can e-file federal but can't e-file state MN

At the end of my tax prep and I am able to e-file my federal but it doesn't allow me to e-file my state. MN is the state and the message is below. No different than last year's so I'm at a loss.

"E-file is not available because your tax return includes a tax situation that can't be e-filed. "

How do I find out which tax situation it is?

If you go back through the Final Reviews, TurboTax should tell you if your return contains a form that can't be Efiled.  Some state forms are not ready yet, but the program should tell you which ones those are in the review sections. 

If you using TurboTax Online, try closing TurboTax, clearing your Cache and Cookies and return to the File section.

If you're still having issues trying to Efile your State, you could try deleting your state, and re-creating it by stepping through the State Interview again.
