I am having this same issue with the 2024 MD Partnership return. Last week the software was reporting the MD Partnership return wouldn't be available until Feb 7, 2025. Just moments ago I tried again. No warning posted, it took my credit card info, tells me it is downloading the software.....blah blah blah says it's DONE. Loop Starts Here..When I go to start the MD partnership return it takes me to State Purchase screen, to the right a box indicates the MD partnership has been downloaded and a select box indicates it will be added to the return. Click that and the "Download Now" button goes active. Only choice is to select it. Pop up says the state return needs to be downloaded, that it will save the return, download the state forms, close and restart if necessary and bring me right back to so I can begin the state return. Click "OK". Pop up says it is getting State then says software up to date. Click "OK" Return to top of Loop. If the software wasn't ready for download why was the message removed?????
