I'm having all kinds of problems with this software: On my first attempt using it, I was able to get my Federal return for 2023 completed, but when I attempted to purchase and download the State software , I was given the message, "Hmmm, we have run into a snag. Please try again later." After dozens of attempts to do this over several days, I called Support. After alot of questions and not much help, I was sent a link for a TTCleanStatesTool. This did nothing since there were no States installed to clean. After that I did a total Uninstall and re-Install with no luck. Giving up on those attempts, I then moved to a completely different computer to try my luck there. Now, on attempting to do the initial install of the software on this computer, I get error messages that say "Error writing to file: C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\wfonts.key. Verify that you have access in that to that directory." and then "Error writing to file: C:\WINDOWS\Fonts\QT2_B.TTF. Verify that you have access in that to that directory." So now I don't even know if my first problem can even be solved on a different computer! Can anyone help me out here before I dump it all in the garbage?
