In TurboTax Business it is under "Federal Taxes", the second item on the bar.

Under Federal Taxes, it states "to Add or Delete a property, select the Business Info tab above and continue to the Rental Real Estate Property Summary screen," but there is no Rental Real Estate Property Summary screen under Business Info and I cannot find it in the forms. I'm reporting oil and gas lease payments to a lessor, so maybe address this under Royalty and Other Income instead? In any event, the link is missing for Rental Real Estate property information.

Oil and gas payments to a lessor should definitely be entered as royalty income.  I am not having any problem locating the rental pages but your difficulty may be that the payments were being entered in the wrong section.
