turbotax asked me to mail something

turbotax asked me to mail 8453 after I e-filed at last step, however, after I click back button and can't find that page any more. I even don't know what should I mail. Does anyone know how to do it?

If you go to Forms mode, look for a Form 8453.  It will look like

It is for mailing specific forms or documents to the IRS after you e-File the rest.
