Does anyone else have the problem of getting into their account? Last year I asked several questions of the community and got very good answers. I noted my username and password but this year it would not work! I eventually got locked out and to unlock it has been the most painful process ever! I am close to saying I will get a different application (I have already purchased this year's version).
There is no way of talking to a real person and the various help screens do not cut it!

What is the TurboTax phone number?
Are you using the ONLINE or Downloaded version ?
The DVD version, always purchased from Costco.
Then why are you trying to log in to the Online system ? When you use the downloaded version you open the program on your desktop.
I'm not sure I can answer your question! Last year I had some questions and the only way I could find was to join the community. The answers I got were very helpful. I am only trying to repeat that process now!
I have done my taxes using this program since its inception. I've always registered but don't really know if I have an account! When I try using the method which uses my name, phone and SSN, it always finds no matches.
All I really want to do is be able to ask a question when I have one.

My questions now will occur when I do my return. However, I am interested in finding out more of the feature you offer for an expert to do my taxes for me, since it is a little more complicated this year. I do not want to sign up for it til I have discussed it with someone first.
If your comment is pertinent to the fact I have been able to have this dialogue, I am far from confident I can get back here! The only way I can see is to have had someone like you to reply to a question. Then I was able to open the app, go to the help center and your reply shows up as a little number at the top of the screen. When I tried to reply to an answer which showed up on my email, I had to sign in first and still it would not take my credentials! I eventually got a cade & when I put it in it took me to a page that has expired!
