I just ordered TurboTax2024 from Amazon. I cannot get to the activation page. All I get is an error message when I try to open TT that tells me there was an error and TurboTax needs to close. I have tried every type of troubleshooting recommended and it doesn't say TT 2024 is not compatible. Now what? I can’t find any type of help from Intuit or TurboTax. I purchased TurboTax Deluxe and have used TT products for years.
