TurboTax 2023 download

I purchased the 2023 TurboTax Deluxe download and after entering activation code. When I select operating system, I select PC/Windows (in red it says please select operating system) and MAC is the only option available, specified Windows when ordering. Both MAC and PC are delivered, and I downloaded the Windows option.

Sorry I don't understand what problem you are having.  Did you get the wrong download?   You can log into your Turbo Tax account and download the other one.

Since you now have to log into an Intuit Account all your downloads and licenses are listed there (even if you bought it from somewhere else) so if you need to download to install it again or install on another computer, even on the other operating system (Windows, Mac).
