TurboTax 2022 Premier Mac Download print MA state causes crash

I have been doing my taxes on TurboTax Mac download for years. For 2022 I am using Mac Premier. How do I get direct help from tech support? I am told I am am to be charged because I am an online customer, but I am not and never have been. Always used download as I am now. Always got great help by phone. Two examples of some problems:

- While I can print any and all parts of the Federal Return, Massachusetts state return (all or parts) will not print forcing an endless wait loop.  "Force Quit Applications" show the software is "Not responding"

- Federal Form 8606(spouse) does not update 1040 line b and in general does not work (I have to override). I was told this was a bug last year (never was fixed as far as I can tell) and is even worse this year.

Thanks for any insight in how to get direct help of some sort and perhaps point me to answers to those questions.

Concerning printing state (MA) form hanging TT: I just turned off Bitdefender and MA printed in about 2 minutes (was only asking for a 5 page form). Then quit the TT file, restarted Bitdefender, restarted TT, and printing was immediate and normal! Thanks also to those users who diagnosed this problem in the past.

Concerning Fed Form 8606 not propagating from IRA Information and not flowing to 1040. Actually, my spouse has an inherited IRA but no non-deductible contributions. Unfortunately, there are other IRAs that are included in the overall basis which do have non-deductible contributions. My understanding is they all should be included in her 8606 otherwise it would not be a problem. Perhaps I have that wrong?
