1. I have two monitors with an extended desktop. When downloading data from Charles Schwab the login screen for Schwab comes up on my second monitor. I can't access it from the main one. So it is basically offscreen. Firefox is the default browser.
2. Two of my banks, First Hawaiian and Wings Financial are no longer on the list for downloading into TurboTax. I wonder why?
3. The drop down list of institutions search method requires double clicking on the search result. A single click should bring the result into the top window.
4. And of course it is still impossible to copy and paste login data with normal methods. We still have to use Entertext.

Have you tried a different browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome? Many people have stated using Edge and removing the pop-up blockers has helped. Please let us know if you are successful using a different browser.
It's not really clear which of my comments you are referring to, but assuming it is the difficulty with logging into Schwab, here is my response.
Yes, it works in Edge. But I hate Edge, and Firefox is the most popular browser anyway. Changing popup settings did not help in Firefox, but since it showed up on my second monitor (when I turned it on and checked), it was just off the main screen and on the extended desktop on the second monitor. Once I dragged it over to the main monitor's screen it operated normally.
