Turbotax 2021 not working on monterey

I completed my taxes 3 weeks back and not i cannot get the TurboTax application to work on my MAC Air running on Monterey.

- I tried re-installation

- I tried permissions

Nothing is working. Tried calling customer care twice and they disconnected my call both the times.
