Spoke with customer service rep at Chase and they claimed that the issue of importing tax forms into Turbotax from Chase bank is due to a technical issue created by Intuit so my question is what's Intuit timeline for fixing this glitch
Many users are able to import financial data with no problems, so the issue may be related to individual returns (which we can't see in this forum).
Posts above contain successful outcomes with different variables that you could try.
You always have the option to enter your data manually.
If you have numerous 1099-B transactions, click this link for steps to How to Enter a Summary in Lieu of Individual Transactions.

The option of "Chase Investments" is still missing. Seeing the option has nothing to do with individual returns. People use "J.P.Morgan Securities" as a workaround. I suggest you at least update your documentation.

Where do you offer refund and compensation for broken product features which would justify asking your users to spend time on tasks your software is supposed to automate?
It's a TurboTax desktop/download issue and has nothing to do with personal returns - someone at Intuit didn't hyperlink the "Get Your Activation Code" button re: JP Morgan Securities. Most everyone who replied to this is having the issue though some smarter users figured out workarounds (which we applaud).
We certainly could enter the information manually. We also could go to TaxAct or TaxSlayer. At this point, all three are viable options.
If you are not seeing a "Get Your Identification Code" link or if the link does not work, try opening a browser window and go to: https://secure.chase.com/web/auth/?LOB=TurboTaxLogon
I was able to import my 1099-Bs from J.P. Morgan Securities and file my return. Intuit should update their instructions (rather than simply say we are working on the problem).
After I selected "J.P. Morgan Securities" in the list on 02/19, It worked perfectly. Before 02/19, the list always showed "unavailable". However, it has the link correctly since then.
The link workaround above did work - seems legit too. Thank you user hive!
Still waiting for a fix from TurboTax not a hack.
Just try to select "J. P Morgan Securities" in the list. It works since 02/19/2022.
GOOD NEWS!! After asking my Chase/JPMorgan banker for assistance, they contacted the right people and gave me these instructions which worked flawlessly. I am surprised that Intuit has not already published this valuable information:
Here are the instructions I show for TurboTax. The number to call for support is: (800)392-5749.
For Brokerage and Managed Accounts
NOTE: All available tax forms for all Brokerage and Managed accounts accessible by chase.com username can be imported.
I got the message said "It looks like this part of our site isn't working right now." This is not the chase problem. Please fix your software. I called several times to Intuit and no one can do anything. Intuit SUCKS!!!
Why would I buy you TAX software if you're asking me to put my data by hand?
Yes! It worked for me now. I think Turbotax should update this information!!!
It is not working for me
Try to select "J. P. Morgan Securities". It works.
