Turbotax 2019 keeps crashing every time I get to Do you have another W-2 to enter? and I click no then Continue. Installed on Windows 7 Tried reinstalling but same issue.

I run windows 10  Pro which was upgraded from Windows 7 and i get the same issues. . Intuit wants to push users to online.  They make more money.  This is unethical and dishonest of intuit and we let them hold our taxes.

I have a 2019 Turbotax  that I did not use last year . I had my tax preparer complete my filing last year.how can I use this version now?

The 2019 version of TurboTax is only good for that tax year. If you'd like to use TurboTax to prepare your 2020 tax return, you'll need to purchase this year's software. You can download the 2020 software here.
