Turbotax 2019 H&B error 630

Had 2019 Turbotax H&B. moved it to another computer and it updated and asked for license which I have lost.  Called TT and they said I have to purchase new.  I did and when trying to validate I get error 630.  Tried everything.  I don't care if I can't file electronically.  What can I do?

What are you trying to do with 2019?

TurboTax no longer supports or provides updates for 2019.   As for e-filing---e-filing for 2019 has been closed since October 2020----if you need to file a 2019 return it would have to be filed by mail.   Any refund for 2019 has been forfeited.   If you still owe tax due for 2019, the IRS wants you to pay.
