Unable to log into TurboTax 2017 that I already completed - System is not accepting answer to my security questions - HELP!!!

When trying to e-file my return, it goes into a loop.the loop is the screen tthat askes wherther you what a check mailed or direct deposit, the next screen asks for bank account informaattion and then it goes back to check or deposit screen.
