Turbo tax software not working osx yosemite

2018 TurboTax desktop software for Mac (CD/download) requires OS X v. 10.12 or higher.

If you purchased the desktop product and can't use the software, we can tell you how to get a refund.  You can still use Online TurboTax since it is done through a browser.

If you have the CD, it also has the Windows version on it, if you happen to have a PC available, that uses Windows 7 SP1 or later.

Hi- I started my 2018 return, filed an extension, but then wasn't able to file in time. I'm now looking to complete my 2018 return and am directed to downloading the desktop software for 2018. Problem is that a version for OSX is not listed. 

What do I do to file my 2018 taxes if I had yet to download the desktop software?

OSX is listed for 2018.  Which OSX do you have?  You need OS 10.12 or higher.  Did you look at the System Requirements link above?

I would like a refund on the download I paid for tonight. It will not download since my OS X is a 10.10 version and the download requires 10. 12 or higher. Please advise
