I have completed the Federal tax and it was reviewed. Under check this entry- Form 1099-R (company name): Partial roll over amount should not be greater than gross distribution amount. Partial rollover: $3,333.63.
I do not know how they got a partial rollover from the $3,333.63. This number is the "taxable amount" , column 2a, under the gross distribution, column 1. It has nothing to do with a "partial rollover". Obviously, I cannot change that number, so what do I do in order to transmit my return?

In the interview that follows the initial screens for the 1099-R, there are references to rollovers. I assume that you did not make any entries there.
I suggest that you make sure that you have a copy of the 1099-R, delete what you entered (the trash can on the first screen of the 1099-R interview), and re-enter the 1099-R manually.
I did as suggested - twice. Unfortunately, it did not work.
Have you tried entering the gross amount that is shown in box 1 of the Form 1099-R as the amount that was rolled over to another account?
