Turbo Tax showing I need to repay some of health insurance payback

Looking through the community I'm seeing a few posts on this.  After finishing my taxes Turbo Tax is saying I need to pay back money for the ACA health insurance.  I ran the numbers on the Marketplace calculator and based on family size, income, and whatever else they asked for, the subsidy I received and balance I paid was correct.  The numbers were entered in Turbo Tax correctly.

TurboTax calculates your Allowed Premium Tax Credit (APTC) and any excess APTC using information provided by the taxpayer and the IRS.  If you are sure you entered everything correctly and think there is a problem with result, you might want to contact HealthCare.gov (800) 318-2596.  They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week - except holidays.
