You went to the trouble of ordering the $10 CD and now lost it? You can try asking support if they will replace it, but they might just tell you to buy another one -- it is not TT's fault that you lost it.

Another option is to download an installation file instead. If you want to back it up by copying it to your own CD or thumb drive, external drive, etc., you can just copy the file to that location.
