Turbo Tax- Saying all 5 licenses have been used.

I have only even installed Turbo Tax 2023 on one computer.  I've also only completed one return (Federal and State) with the program.  I have purchased 2024 Turbo Tax, that is working just fine, which is different from the 2023 version, which has asked me on many occasions to re-enter my license.  I do occasionally add/remove thumb drives in my iMac, would that be the reason I get asked again?  What can I do to get back in to the 2023 Turbo Tax?
