Turbo Tax problem - Credit Card won't go through

I have problem pay for E-FILE

Turbo Tax problem can't pay with credit cards.

Try many days , many credit card --  NOT go through

Call turbo tax with no success ,

Turbo Tax robo answer is horrible , poor response

Can't believe Turbo Tax are full of smart people but have goofy robo answer keep repeat the same thing.

I have my credit card on file

But the website ask for .... " ORDER NUMBER " ...

What number should I use?
