Turbo Tax Premium 2024 incorrectly displaying State Tax Refund

Main screen of TurboTax displays a refund amount for my state (SC) tax return that is different from what the actual refund is on the tax form.

The refund meter at the top of the screen may be showing a different number than your SC return because it is lagging behind your entries on your return. If you still have another state return to prepare, this could also account for the discrepancy. 

In TurboTax Desktop, you can review the actual forms in process to see how your tax was calculated. You can also click in any field in a form and click the hourglass if it appears, to go to the source of the amount shown. You can also right-click in a number field, and from the pop-up menu that appears, select Data Source to find the source of the amount shown.
