Turbo Tax Premier 2024

I have been having issues ever since I purchased. Always, says that I am not connected to the internet. The Updater NEVER works. The patch that needs to be installed in only compatible with Windows Vista. I tried downloading the patch manually. Constant "internal server error". Check back later. Will not let me import from any financial institution. I have tried running as administrator. Getting extremely frustrated. I have been using this product for a couple of decades.
