turbo tax premier 2023 wont open

I had my taxes almost done.  I had a problem and asked a question after closing down TurboTax.  I got my answer but now I cannot open TurboTax.  it indicates a Microsoft error 1603 from trying to update and I cannot open it without updating.  Do I have to buy another copy to finish my taxes?

Yes, this is a MIcrosoft error, but it happened while you were trying to update the program. You can follow this link to get a solution from Microsoft.

The next day the problem went away without my doing anything.  Thanks for the help.  I will probably need it next time .
