Turbo Tax On-Line is not saving my data!

I have transferred my data from my brokerage account successfully to Turbotax and gone through it all. Then timed out. When I go back to "Start where you left off", it begins again by asking me to link my accounts again. Nothing has been saved and I have done this 3 times!
