Turbo Tax Max Benefits for spouse

When I purchased MAX benefits filling jointly, it indicated that my spouse would be covered with IDnotify as well, how do you sign up a spouse?

Secondary tax filers are also covered under IDnotify as part of MAX Benefits. To enroll the secondary tax filer with IDnotify, follow these steps:

1. Contact TurboTax 

   https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ 

2. When you enter your question, enter Enroll spouse in MAX Benefits
3. The specialist will then be able to provide you with the steps to enroll the secondary tax filer

This is false information. I see your responses on other threads. Does not work. Please actually try a solution before posting it.

Years later this is still an issue. I've been on the phone with Support for about an hour now. And they STILL can't find a solution...
