I have downloaded the TurboTax 2023 application, dragged it to my applications folder (multiple times, same result), tried to launch it but get the message "Turbo Tax is on a read-only volume... Move TurboTax to your Applications folder and relaunch from there." The brief instructions in the instructions on the disc envelope indicate that I will have to sign in to my Intuit Account again, but I am never prompted for this. Search on the above subject line in Support renders many people expressing the same problem, but no answer is provided.
