Turbo tax is making me pay too much tax. Can I just use the IRS tax table?

2021 tax table for income 35560 to 36700 is 4,003 for married filing jointly.  Turbotax software shows tax liability is 4216.  Why the difference?

Do you have any other type of tax liability other than Federal tax? Take a look at your 1040 Schedule 2 to see other possible taxes.
