Per the IRS instructions for Form 1116, Line 3b, Other deductions (attach statement).
- Enter on line 3b any other deductions that don't definitely relate to any specific type of income (for example, the deduction for alimony paid from Schedule 1 (Form 1040), line 18a).
- Please refer to pages 15 and 16 of the instructions for additional information.
For your tax situation, you'll need to look at your supplemental schedules for a breakdown of Line 3b. They're available once you pay for TurboTax. You may also try and Preview your 1040 for any information.
