Turbo Tax has been installed and info entered. Now that i try to reopen, it flashes the opening logo then goes away

Still not working, tried to reinstall software and says program already running. Window 11 with 15.9 g available, i have admin rights...

A Windows link suggests turning off Windows Smart Screen.

 

I would suggest that you Contact TurboTax Support, where they can look into your computer.

1) A W11 software update was just released. (I found it waiting this morning)  Sometimes a partially-installed Windows update will block the proper TTX startup.  Check for and install the W11 update, then be sure to reboot before trying to start TTX again.

 

Nope? Not that?

2)  Sometimes rt-clicking on the TTX icon, and selecting "Run As Administrator" works..
