turbo tax crashes when import chase bank data

i have turbotax premier 2022 on windows 11. 

it crashes every time i try to import chase bank data. on chase's redirection it shows shared successfully (and i received chase's confirmation email) but turbo tax crashes every single time.

Anyone know any way to import chase bank data without input manually??

I did. Support can only suggest me manual input. It’s Shocking turbo tax can’t import JPM chase bank data.
