Turbo Tax charged me $39 to pay with refund, but I've already paid for my service, and made a payment to the IRS. I had no refund due me. How do I get the $39 back?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

If you have no refund, you are not eligible for "pay-with-refund".
You are probably looking at the fee to e-File a State tax return.
