Turbo Tax Business 2023

I purchased Turbo Tax Business 2023 online version and not a CD version.  I have tried to e-file the business returns and received this message, "We're experiencing Internet transmission problems. Your transmission didn't go through. Intuit's Electronic Filing Center did not receive your  return(s) . Please try again later.  Error 2.

I have called Intuit, and they had me to uninstall the Turbo Tax software and reinstall.  It did not work.  We cleared all the cookies and cache and it still did not work.   I heard that the CD version does not have this problem with the online version.  I have been using Turbo Tax for 10 years and this does not happen with my CD version.  Please help!
