Today January 6, some form updates became available but the program does not detect them. I tried to manually Check For Updates but the program still not recognize any new updates.
I tried calling support and they walked me through every possible thing to try (reinstalling, clearing cache/cookies, turning off virus and firewall.... ). There are no error codes.
Has anyone else experienced this ?

CAUTION!
The phone number posted above by a new user does not appear to be a normal TurboTax Support number. I've asked a Moderator to investigate.
@ shmc
Unfortunately, you may have been doing those maneuvers needlessly. There may or may not have even been an update today (Jan 6) for the desktop software.
TurboTax normally pushes the weekly update to the desktop program during the overnight hours on early Thursday mornings. Even if the form recently became ready, perhaps it is being grouped into this week's weekly update. If so, then hopefully, the update you need will be pushed out by early Thursday morning. In past years, occasionally the forms availability table has not always been accurate and is subject to delay. If it were me, I wouldn't worry about it until after this week's usual weekly update comes out.
If there is a specific form (or forms) or interview section you are wondering about, say what you are awaiting and someone might be able to comment if they have received it yet or not.
In the meantime, consult this table for forms availability. In the top right corner, select Windows or Mac to see the list of forms for your product.
got the update, hoorah...
Charitable donations section for Schedule A is open now.
1099B and 1099R still closed
Other Tax Situations / Underpayment penalties section open
VA state now available.
The bug for the state tax paid after 12/31/24 carryover has been fixed
I was mistaken btw for Underpayment Penalties it is still pending for "February likely sooner"
1.12.2036. Still unable to enter income from pensions. Anyone else having that issue with updates not loading?
Typo on date should read 1.12.2026 not 36
I cannot enter Retirement income on Turbo Tax Deluxe and haven’t received updates since loading the software one week ago
Like many others, my TT 2025 Home and Business (Win 11) is not accepting 1099, social security, pension, and other income ( 01-19-2026) This is unacceptable. TT was hacked in 2019, and we have friends who had identity and checking hacked in 2024. Maybe their chairman should cut his $36Million (2024) pay and get sufficient and skilled staff to get things done on time. THIS IS REALLY RUDE AND TELLS CLIENTS THEY, THEIR TIME, AND THEIR DATA SECURITY ARE NOT WORTH A DARN. SAD.

OK, that's not entirely accurate. TT is accepting social security and rr benefits but won't be accepting other retirement income (1099-R) until the update is released on 1/21/2026. The IRS is not accepting filings until 1/26/2026.
@Samsolve My Windows Home & Business program is taking Social Security. But the 1099R section is expected on Jan 21.
Oh, I see. If you click on Visit All by Retirement Plans and SS you do get the message This section will be ready soon. But you can click on the next line down by Social Security to enter SS. I never use the Visit All button.
Yes
as of 1/21/26 my TT DESKTOP Home and Business (WIN 11) not accepting Social Security or any 1099 income.
Did you click START by Social Security? Here's 2 screenshots
Oh Yes and Thanks Again for staying "on it"
I am on deadline for a project and have to do some volunteer transport work so will check back on 1/26/
