Turbo Tax 2024

As of today, Oct 30, 2025, I am unable to open my tax program. When I clicked on it, it checked for an update, found one, asked if I wanted to update to which I said yes, told the computer to allow changes and waited. I restarted my computer after waiting for 30 minutes for the program to open. I have also downloaded a new copy of the exe file and opened it but no luck. I can see no reason that the program should not start on the same computer that I used earlier to file my taxes.
