Turbo Tax 2024 deluxe freezing up when submitting return

Many years ago I used Turbo Tax and really liked the product.  I have been using HR Block software for 9 years and loved it.  Thought I would give Turbo Tax another try.  The Turbo Tax desktop experience has been disappointing being on the phone with technical help without solutions.  My software is now freezing up when I am submitting my taxes.  I went ahead and purchased HR Block 2024 desktop.  Have submitted my taxes without any glitches using HR Block software.  Will not be using Turbo Tax product again.  No way to get a refund from Turbo Tax.
