While attempting to Importing documents from Morgan Stanley Wealth Management with the exact credential that I imported into Turbo Tax 2021, response that I get from Turbo Tax is:
These credentials are the ones that I used today to log into my Morgan Stanley Wealth Management account.
I have contacted Morgan Stanley, they have verified that my account is enabled for third party import into Turbo Tax.
I have contacted Intuit / Turbo Tax and they do not have and answer to this issue.
What was additionally tried:
1) I have tried to use credentials that are bogus, and I receive the same message/pop-up.
