Turbo summarized my imported crypto transactions on 8949 box c&f on premier online. Filing instructions don't tell me to mail 8453 with details to irs, do I need to?

Form 8453 states: Form 8949, Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets (or a statement with the same information), if you elect not to report your transactions electronically on Form 8949

Turbo Tax, not me, elected  not to report my transactions electronically on Form 8949.  I imported 518 transactions that Turbo Tax summarized into 2 entries on the 8949, one entry for long term and one for short term.

Since Turbo Tax made the election not to show the 518 transactions on the 8949, I will mail in the 8453 with a document that shows the 518 transactions.
