I need to file 2019 taxes can turbo do this at this time

Yes, you can use TurboTax to file your 2019 return.  However you will not be able to do it using TurboTax Online--that is just for 2020 returns.  Please see this TurboTax Help article for instructions:   How do I prepare a 2019, 2018, or 2017 tax return?

If you haven't yet prepared your 2020 return, do it after you have prepared your 2019 return.  There may be some items that flow to the 2020 return from the previous year.
