Turbo card is blocked

My turbo card is blocked and going to the wrong address. I called the number for assistance in trying to receive a new turbo card because I lost my old one. When I did the whole automated steps I couldn’t change the address to my new home, so now it’s going to my old house and it won’t let me do anything about it when I call cause the is blocked. I don’t have my UN and PW for the online way so I can’t log in that way either. Need help please !
