TT won't file my tax return, keeps saying unable to locate attachment Form 1116B, go back and attach it and refile??? What does this mean please?

Form 1116-B is the Foreign Tax Carryover Reconciliation Summary. It is generated in TurboTax when you indicate that you had foreign tax credit carryovers from a previous year. You may need to return to the foreign tax credit section and make sure you completed the Foreign Tax Credit Carryover worksheet:

You will find it in the Deductions and Credits section of TurboTax, then Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, then Foreign Taxes.

If you don't have any foreign tax entries, you can try deleting Form 1116 and that may resolve your issue.
