I just purchased the on line business version of TT. I received the activation code on the receipt and by email. both were the same. I enter it in the space for it and when I move to the next step it gives me an error message 630. I am unable to activate the program.

We received a message late lat year from Intuit that indicated that Windows 10 would no longer be compatible with Turbo Tax because Microsoft was no longer performing security updates for windows 10. An upgrade to W11 is necessary.
Here is a FAQ: How does the end of support for Windows 10 affect my TurboTax Desktop experience?
@tombstone44675 While it’s true you need Windows 11 for the personal versions of Turbo Tax you can still install the separate Business (not Home & Business) program on Windows 10.
See this. It says Business can run on Windows 10 for 1 more year
Try going through help to get a case number. Then call help the next morning (early for a shorter wait) and enter the case # at the prompt. In view of the other replies here, it would be helpful to see what they say.
