Error 630 usually indicates that the system configuration is not the same as it was when the software was initially installed. Add or remove a USB or external drive, add or remove a printer.

is that a joke? any changes make this software unusable?
will this require me spending hours as everyone else describing this problem, has alluded to? so i spend hours on the telephone, and eventually we crack the case?
