I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but if a third-party is offering a
discounted price, you'll need to Clear and Start over any progress
you've made, and be sure to sign out of your account. Go to the page
offering the discounted price, and make sure you go to TurboTax through
their page.
That should then apply the discount to your return for you
Unfortunately, since the third-party is offering the discount, this is the only way to accomplish it
Since you have Deluxe, you're able to contact us through your TurboTax account and we may be able to verify the discount for you that way
