Trying to open my 23 taxes and I get an error message and a twirling rainbow. Nothing I try seems to affect that. How can I get in?

Can I fix this? I am locked out of my 23 taxes by an error message.

The TurboTax 2023 tax return can only be accessed by installing the 2023 software on a personal computer. What is the error message you are receiving? Are you using a Windows or Mac operating system?

How do I change my file type . I’m considered head of household but my account is sayin I’m self employed , I’m confused I only worked at a retail store . Please help me
