Trying to file State for Utah. Getting a message that State Withholding ID is incorrect. It matches all criteria. How can I correct?

I am getting a Check This Entry issue when trying to file State Taxes and I believe it is telling me that UT Withholding ID number is entered wrong. I have verified each one (there are multiple W-2's) to match the paper form and entered correctly. Not sure how to correct this

Did you import the W-2 or manually enter? If you imported, retype the state TIN manually making sure not to enter any stray spaces.
