So I received my W2 form two days ago and I filed it thinking I would still be able to get my other one done. I ran into a problem now because my other job has just sent them out and now I can’t file it. I tried amending it and it gave me such a late date that’s all the way in March. What can I do?

No, you cannot file W-2's one at a time. They all have to go on the same tax return. You have to wait now.
Did you click that big orange button that said “Transmit my return now?” If you did that, you cannot do anything to fix it yet. You have to wait for the email that tells you if your return was accepted or rejected.
You cannot change or add anything on the return that you just e-filed, nor can you stop it. It is too late, just like when you put an envelope in a US mailbox on the corner. The IRS does not allow you to take it back.
If you left out a W-2, a 1099G, or a dependent, or a 1099 etc…DO NOT change your return while it is “pending.” The changes will go nowhere.
Now you have to wait until the IRS either rejects or accepts your return. If your return is rejected, you will be able to go into your account and make the necessary changes to your tax return and re-submit your return.
If the IRS accepts your return, however, then you have to wait longer until it has been fully processed and you have received your refund. THEN you can prepare an amended tax return and e-file or mail it in. You have to be able to work from that return exactly the way it was when it was e-filed originally. You will need to use a form called a 1040X.
Meanwhile, DO NOT go in and start changing anything on your return in the system, or you will make a mess for yourself. Sit tight and wait until you see what the IRS does with the return you just e-filed
if your return has been accepted, surprising since a w-2 is missing, all you can do now is wait for the return to be fully processed (with certain credits this won't happen until the end of February) and then file amendments for federal and if needed for the state.
Is it possible to add the W2 i left out into next years
No you cannot just add it to next year. That is not allowed. ALL of your 2021 income is supposed to be on the same 2021 Form 1040. You got in a rush and filed too soon instead of waiting for all of your documents.
That is now going to cause a problem for you, But do not make it worse by messing with your return now. You have to wait and fix the problem by amending and sending in a Form 1040X in a couple of months or whenever the IRS finishes processing the return you already e-filed.
Because you e-Filed you get one e-File of an amended return before Oct 15.
Don't amend until you are sure everything is correct and all tax forms are included!
As suggested above, it is best to wait for approval (not ACCEPTED) from IRS for your ACCEPTED 1040 to find out what IRS did.
